In 2020 I finally got the chance to study and I qualified as an Equine Sports Massage & Rehabilitation Therapist (ESMT).
I've learnt to use many various tension techniques and healing therapies, including deep tissue sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilisation techniques and stretching exercises.
I regularly participate in seminars and CPD courses to keep up myself up to date and continue my learning.
Along side this I am also studying Veterinary Chiropractic at University and aim to become a fully qualified Veterinary Chiropractor by 2027.

Groom & HGV Driving
I have experience in most disciplines particularly showjumping, dressage and eventing but also carriage driving, stunt/ film work and horse transportation. I hold my HGV Class one (artic) licence so I am able to drive all vehicles. I have transported horses throughout the UK and Europe for nearly 20 years and I hold my full CPC card and digitial tacograph.
About Me
After a childhood surrounded by horses is was inevitable I was going to work with horses. So at the age of 16, I moved away to work for a professional showjumper, this mapped out my career as a professional groom taking me on to work for top riders, producers and stud yards throughout the UK and abroad. I have also worked for high profile private families and spent 5 years working within Her Majesty's the Queen's stables.
I am an experienced rider and have managed my own breaking & schooling yards as well as breaking and producing horses for sale and competition.
Although primarily I have worked as a groom and rider,
Biomechanics and Physiotherapy is something I have always had a great interest in and I have been lucky enough to be involved in a variety of rehabilitation and specialist veterinary care procedures over the many years as a competition groom

Completed BHS Stages 1 & 2. I also regularly participate in seminars and CDP courses.
